Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes digital campaigns to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Working closely with marketing, sales, creative, product, and other teams, you will ensure consistent, data‑driven digital initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, website, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging digital content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience needs.
• Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on appropriate networks.
• Manage website content, landing pages, email flows, and social media activity.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research to uncover opportunities.
• Track traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, costs, and other KPIs.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Run A/B tests and other optimization activities to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective digital assets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journeys, and online acquisition channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
