Digital Marketing Specialist – MEA Region

About the role

Daikin Middle East & Africa FZE is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise digital performance across the MEA region. You will be responsible for driving high‑quality traffic, generating qualified leads and continuously improving user journeys on all key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, search and paid media.
• Monitor and optimise channel mix, budgets and campaign performance to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, display, email and social media channels, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Analyse multi‑market performance, identify gaps and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign optimisation, content ideation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Utilise marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to streamline lead management.
• Ensure website performance, UX and content relevance support lead generation objectives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into strategic actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with HQ and regional affiliates.
