Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our real‑estate lead generation efforts in the UAE. The successful candidate will own the full digital marketing funnel, from strategy and creative production to paid media execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at generating qualified buyer, seller, investor and tenant leads.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube and other paid campaigns while maintaining target cost‑per‑lead.
• Create engaging graphics, reels, videos and other marketing assets.
• Capture and edit professional property photography and videography.
• Design creatives using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across major platforms.
• Implement SEO and SEM tactics to boost online visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of generating high‑quality real‑estate leads.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns on‑site.

• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• SEO & SEM
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva (or similar design tools)
• Photography, videography and video editing for real‑estate marketing
