About the role
A Dubai‑based confidential company seeks a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to boost its presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms. You will craft engaging content, support personal branding, and drive audience growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn‑centric content strategies and calendars.
- Create posts, carousels, short‑form videos and other formats using Canva and CapCut.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source stories and identify trending topics.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and engagement.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
- Strong English writing, storytelling and personal‑branding skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and generate ideas.
- Experience in real‑estate, B2B or corporate environments is a plus.
