Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media)

About the role

Formulatrix is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on social media to drive awareness and lead generation for its Protein Crystallization and Filtration product lines. You will own the full social media cycle, from content planning to performance reporting, and work closely with product and scientific teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, webinars, trade shows, and industry observances.
• Create platform‑specific content, including short‑form videos for TikTok and Instagram, and coordinate with the design team for assets.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and monitoring relevant forums such as Reddit.
• Leverage AI tools for copywriting, creative concepts, and automated reporting.
• Schedule and publish posts using HubSpot and Agorapulse, and log activities in the internal tracker.
• Maintain a Looker Studio dashboard tracking followers, impressions, engagement, clicks, and leads.
• Grow LinkedIn following and generate marketing‑qualified leads through social channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for B2B or scientific products.
• Strong understanding of content calendar planning and community management.
• Ability to collaborate with scientific and design teams to ensure accurate, compelling messaging.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content creation and reporting.
