Digital Media Specialist

About the role

Fortes Education is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing content to engage B2C audiences and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, mobile and native ad networks.
• Develop and optimise landing pages, email templates and WordPress newsletters for conversion.
• Perform SEO and SEM activities, including on‑page optimisation, backlink building and organic content strategy.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with development and creative teams to ensure best‑practice implementation of SEO and tracking.
• Manage budgets, media mix and timelines while ensuring campaign objectives are met.

Required profile

• Certified Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in B2C digital campaigns.
• Creative mindset with ability to package content in engaging formats.
• Strong communicator, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Google Adwords, Google Analytics, YouTube Advertising, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Advertising, Mobile and In‑App Advertising.
• SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, HTML, WordPress.
• CRM tools, data capture, landing page creation, email HTML templates.
• Conversion rate optimisation, content distribution and syndication tools.
• Tools such as Moz, SimilarWeb, SpyFu, SEMrush and Alexa.
