Director, End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

EY is seeking a Director to lead End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation within its Business Consulting practice in the UAE. You will help organisations build agile, resilient and digitally enabled supply chains while partnering with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale end‑to‑end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and customer fulfillment.
• Advise C‑suite and senior stakeholders on supply chain strategy, operating model design and digital enablement.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases and oversee implementation programs, managing governance, risks and economics.
• Drive business development activities, proposals and growth of client relationships.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain or operations transformation, preferably within a leading management consulting firm.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale supply chain programs for consumer products, manufacturing, energy, retail, logistics or public sector clients.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading multi‑functional teams across the MENA region.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis or Blue Yonder.
• Advanced analytics and digital supply chain tools.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
