Director, Food & Beverage

About the role

Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead its diverse F&B portfolio. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will oversee eleven outlets, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop innovative menus, promotions and concepts to position the property as a destination of choice.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, controlling food, beverage, labour and operating expenses.
• Support each department in achieving financial and operational targets.
• Oversee recruitment, training and career development of F&B staff.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive leadership in luxury hotel food & beverage operations, preferably in a union environment.
• University or college degree in a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
