Director of Finance – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead large‑scale financial projects and drive strategic initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for aligning finance operations with the organization’s long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams to drive performance, accountability, and innovation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement data‑driven solutions to enhance productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports on progress and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.
