Director of Revenue

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Revenue to lead revenue optimization initiatives for our hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this executive role you will drive profitability across all revenue streams while maintaining our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across rooms, F&B, spa and ancillary services.
• Analyze demand patterns, market trends and competitive positioning to create pricing and yield strategies.
• Oversee pricing optimization, promotional strategies and inventory management across all booking channels.
• Direct channel distribution strategies and evaluate new business opportunities with OTAs and corporate travel organizations.
• Create financial forecasts, annual budgets and chair revenue management meetings.
• Manage revenue management technologies, ensure data quality and system optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital initiatives and mentor revenue management talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years progressive revenue management experience, at least 2 years in a director‑level role.
• Extensive experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotel properties with multiple revenue outlets.
• Strong financial acumen, P&L management and budgeting expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies that drive profit growth.

Required skills

• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Revenue management systems (Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, Opera Sales and Catering).
• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
