About the role
Join Hilton’s hospitality team in Ras Al Khaimah and be the friendly face that brightens each guest’s stay. As a Food & Beverage Host you will deliver memorable dining experiences while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with an upbeat attitude and look for ways to enhance their meal experience.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness regulations.
