Guest Relations Supervisor – Russian Speaker

About the role

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor who speaks Russian to lead its Guest Relations team. You will ensure every guest receives a personalized, high‑end experience that reflects the bold and playful Rixos brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team, maintaining seamless service and high standards of guest care.
• Handle VIP and high‑profile guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to create memorable experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively address inquiries, concerns, or complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in training, coaching and mentoring Guest Relations Agents for service excellence and professional growth.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions and local attractions to guide guests accurately.
• Implement guest recognition programmes, loyalty initiatives and special occasion services.
• Oversee guest communication, including pre‑arrival requests, welcome letters and post‑departure follow‑ups.
• Support scheduling and workflow planning to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards in all guest interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, concierge or front office roles, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Russian (additional languages a plus).
• Professional appearance, confident demeanor and alignment with the Rixos brand identity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
