Director of Revenue & Reservations

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a seasoned Director of Revenue & Reservations to lead demand conversion across its luxury portfolio. You will shape commercial strategy, optimise booking systems and drive occupancy, revenue and guest experience for multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance of every seat across the portfolio, converting demand into occupancy, revenue and high‑quality guest flow.
• Transform reservation systems into precision commercial tools, managing access, pacing and availability.
• Analyse demand patterns, anticipate gaps and collaborate with restaurant teams to unlock real‑time opportunities.
• Design booking strategies that balance commercial ambition with operational flow, protecting revenue integrity and guest satisfaction.
• Translate campaigns and client relationships into confirmed, valuable reservations.
• Build a function that provides clarity, insight and control to enable faster, smarter trading.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in revenue management, reservations or commercial analytics within luxury hospitality or premium F&B.
• 3–5 years managing multi‑outlet or high‑volume operations.
• Proven track record of improving occupancy, conversion and booking efficiency at scale.
• Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement in fast‑paced, guest‑centric environments.
