About the role

The Director – Rooms will lead the Rooms Division of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a flagship luxury resort in Dubai. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance across all rooms‑related departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Rooms Division operations, ensuring efficiency, brand‑standard compliance, and elevated luxury service.
• Identify revenue opportunities, optimise profitability, and implement cost‑control measures without compromising guest satisfaction.
• Enhance the guest journey through innovative service initiatives, proactive engagement, and swift resolution of feedback.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Revenue Management to align operational strategies with market trends and long‑term growth objectives.
• Champion a culture of excellence by refining processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and ensuring brand compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Rooms Division team, fostering accountability and talent growth in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in fast‑paced luxury settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving operational performance and profitability.
• Experience in aligning operational initiatives with revenue management and business strategy.
