Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the dining team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, delivering a warm, professional and personalized service to our guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Describe menu items and beverage pairings with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food pickup and presentation.
• Set tables, serve food and drinks, and maintain immaculate presentation standards.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to process orders and special requests accurately.
• Maintain an unobtrusive presence, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• High School Diploma.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
