Team Leader – Lobby Lounge (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee the Lobby Lounge at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, delivering the signature Arabian luxury experience to our guests. The role involves managing daily operations, leading a multicultural team, and ensuring seamless service across all touch points.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily lounge operations and coordinate with supporting departments.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings to align the team with service standards and operational priorities.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and perform regular quality audits.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold Jumeirah’s service policies, standards and compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury 5‑star hotel environment.
• Previous experience in the UAE is preferred; international luxury exposure is also valued.
• Fluent English; additional language such as Russian is an advantage.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a multicultural setting.
• Professional and empathetic approach to managing guest feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera Cloud property management system.
