Director - Priority Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Director for its Priority Banking – Signature segment in Dubai. The role leads the management of the bank’s most elite “Signature” clients, ensuring a seamless experience and driving revenue growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, deposit growth, new‑to‑bank acquisition and cross‑sell targets for the Signature client segment.
• Develop and retain relationships with high‑net‑worth customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams to maintain high CSAT scores and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Oversee compliance with operational risk, sales processes and ethical sales standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing direction to meet client needs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of banking experience, preferably in sales or relationship management.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and wealth maximisation.
• Experience managing large teams within the UAE or the broader region.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and segment requirements.
