Director, Water Business – South Asia, Middle East & North Africa

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Water business across South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. The Director will own the regional P&L, drive revenue growth, and build a high‑performing sales organisation focused on world‑class customer service and commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional revenue and new‑business targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and lead a proactive sales team, shifting the organisation toward a commercial mindset.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key regional clients, using NPS insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Design and launch commercial activation strategies for new programs, services and innovations.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives such as a commercial academy to up‑skill the sales force.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to commercialise new offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in senior leadership or 5 years as General Manager within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Experience across India and the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of water processes, certification and regulation.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and exceeding revenue targets.
