Driver Operations Associate – UAE (2W/4W)

About the role

We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate who thrives on challenges and enjoys shaping the future of last‑mile delivery at Lalamove. The role is office‑based in Dubai and focuses on strengthening our driver network across two‑ and four‑wheel vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless communication between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager and other departments.
• Develop data‑driven insights on the UAE supply market, including regulations, driver demographics and regional challenges.
• Adopt and implement proven frameworks and best practices to resolve localized operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute and review strategic initiatives using localized data.
• Document high‑impact learnings and share them to scale the local supply market.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in call‑centre operations, preferably on delivery platforms.
• Experience managing diverse fleet operations (2W motorbikes and 4W cars, vans, trucks).
• Office‑based point of contact for driver partners, handling acquisition, onboarding, training and retention.
• Strong English communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
