About the role

The Duty Manager ensures smooth hotel operations during assigned shifts, overseeing multiple departments and maintaining high service standards. This position plays a key role in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts, ensuring operational standards are met.
Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests promptly.
Liaise with department heads to coordinate seamless service delivery.
Respond to emergencies, manage incidents and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare and submit shift reports, communicating key updates to management.

Required profile

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
