Dynamic Waiter/Waitress for High‑Volume Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our restaurant team. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that turns each visit into a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests according to hotel performance standards.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after shifts, minimizing waste and breakage.
• Apply upselling techniques to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Good command of English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, attention to detail, and teamwork.
