Early Careers Program - FINPRO MENA

About the role

Marsh Risk's FINPRO MENA team in Dubai's DIFC is looking for a recent graduate to join its Early Careers Program. Over the first 12 months, you will learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement, build relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region, and work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals and reports
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
• Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs strategy
• Take part actively in training and development programs

Required profile

• UAE National (with family book)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent professional background)
• Strong grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
• Results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services or risk management; prior internship or exposure to banking, finance or insurance is a plus

Required skills

• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Arabic language skills are a plus
