About the role

Al Forsan KG is seeking enthusiastic UAE nationals to join its school community for the academic year 2026‑27. Positions are available across Early Years, Ministry of Education (MOE) teaching, Teacher Assistant and Inclusion Assistant streams on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum content with high subject knowledge, pedagogic expertise and use of ICT tools.
• Plan lessons that address individual learning needs, styles and capabilities.
• Motivate and engage students to exceed their expectations and become lifelong learners.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
• Support a safe, inclusive environment, preventing abuse, bullying and discrimination.
• Communicate regularly and confidentially with parents about student progress.
• Participate in after‑school activities and community events as required.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Full‑time availability for the 2026‑27 academic year.
• Passion for teaching early years, MOE curricula, or supporting learners as an assistant.
