Early Years Teacher – Immediate Start in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years (FS) Teacher to join GEMS Metropole School Al Waha in Dubai with an immediate start. The role involves delivering the school’s innovative curriculum to Foundation Stage learners and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for children aged 3‑5, aligned with the school’s values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best teaching practices and support cross‑curricular projects.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular activities, school events and community‑based programmes.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Early Years or Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrate the core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and contribution to school culture.
