About the role
The Digital Commerce Activation & Optimization Lead will drive the execution of digital campaigns, promotional activations, and customer‑journey enhancements to boost Nespresso UAE’s online performance. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Retail and other cross‑functional teams, you will ensure seamless digital experiences that increase conversion and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital activation plans aligned with business priorities, promotional calendars and product launches.
- Co‑create multi‑channel campaign strategies with CRM and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution across creative, commercial and operational stakeholders for smooth campaign roll‑out.
- Contribute to monthly promotional forecasting and represent Digital Commerce in alignment discussions.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and risks, and optimize commercial results.
- Partner with Data & Insights teams to analyse trends and provide visibility on digital KPIs.
- Design and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys across desktop, mobile and app touchpoints.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve promotional mechanics, CTAs, customer flows and digital assets.
- Ensure omnichannel consistency by aligning digital journeys with Marketing, Retail and CRC teams.
- Track and report on activation performance, conversion trends and revenue impact, and benchmark against best‑in‑class D2C brands.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital commerce activation, promotional campaign management and product launch execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive optimisation.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and customer‑journey design.
