eCommerce Intern – Nivea, Eucerin & Hansaplast UAE

About the role

Beiersdorf Middle East is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Intern to support its growing online business across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and Talabat. The internship offers hands-on experience in digital commerce, performance tracking and sales within a dynamic FMCG environment, overseeing the digital and sales strategies for Nivea, Eucerin and Hansaplast in the UAE while gaining exposure to brand, supply chain and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce operations and performance of several Beiersdorf brands in the UAE and collaborate with marketing, sales and supply chain teams on brand strategies.
• Audit and improve product content, support image and A+ content uploads, keyword tagging and SEO optimization, and track content compliance and digital shelf metrics.
• Track and report KPIs with analytics tools, support weekly sales tracking and KPI dashboards, and analyze traffic, conversion and media performance.
• Maintain promotion calendars and campaign performance trackers, and coordinate with marketing and brand teams on eCommerce activations and new product launches.
• Manage budgets for advertising, promotions and campaigns, help prepare campaign assets and briefs, and monitor execution.
• Track competitors' visibility, pricing, ratings and promotions, and support a monthly insights deck on category trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven structured thinking.
• Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing and the FMCG/retail landscape.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; good communication skills and teamwork.
