About the role
The Electric Buggy Driver provides safe, efficient, and high‑quality passenger transportation while acting as a visible ambassador of hospitality across Serco’s property in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Safely transport guests following all safety procedures, designated routes and speed limits.
- Conduct pre‑operation vehicle inspections to ensure readiness, cleanliness and safety.
- Provide a warm, welcoming and respectful experience, assisting guests of all ages and mobility needs.
- Maintain high visibility, proactively identify guests who may need assistance and report any vehicle faults or suspicious items.
- Work within a 24/7 shift roster, including weekends and public holidays, and promote HSQE and information security culture.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury service or guest‑facing environments.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages highly preferred).
- Valid driving licence from the UAE or home country.
