Electrical Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its multidisciplinary engineering team. The role focuses on consultancy and on‑site construction supervision for infrastructure, utility, and industrial projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site supervision of electrical systems, including medium and low voltage (MV & LV) networks.
• Oversee street lighting installation and commissioning.
• Manage telecom network infrastructure installation.
• Supervise SCADA system implementation.
• Coordinate solar power systems installation.
• Ensure proper grounding and lightning protection systems.
• Oversee CCTV and security surveillance system deployment.
• Provide technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, risk management, and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience in electrical engineering consultancy and construction supervision.
• Proven experience with medium and low voltage systems, street lighting, telecom, SCADA, solar, grounding, and security systems.
• Strong ability to lead on‑site teams and manage project phases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
