Electrical Maintenance Engineer – L3 (Maintenance Support)

About the role

The Electrical Engineer L3 – Maintenance Support will oversee the reliability, safety and efficiency of electrical and power systems across exchanges and data centres in Sharjah. Reporting to the operations team, the role combines audit, maintenance, procurement and optimisation activities to meet e&s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and lead electrical systems audits, manage snag collection, owner assignment and documentation in Maximo.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements (e.g., Internal Control & Audit, BCCM, TRA, Insurance).
• Govern electrical procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance and coordinate with bidders.
• Oversee OPEX projects, track implementation, and produce regular dashboards.
• Manage end‑to‑end electrical maintenance contracts and supplier relationships, resolving pre‑ and post‑project issues.
• Develop and standardise electromechanical acceptance checklists and work methodologies across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical systems audit, compliance, procurement and maintenance within exchanges or data centres.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and asset management practices.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days.
