Electrical Team Leader – High-Speed Rail Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to oversee the electrical engineering aspects of a major High‑Speed Rail infrastructure project in Al Ajban, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and technical coordination activities across the project.
• Review and approve electrical design drawings, shop drawings, calculations and technical submittals.
• Coordinate power distribution, lighting, earthing and building electrical services.
• Manage interfaces with civil, architectural, mechanical and other disciplines.
• Support installation, inspection, testing and commissioning while ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience on major infrastructure projects, preferably railway depot, metro, HSR or similar transport projects.
• Proven track record in leading electrical teams and multidisciplinary coordination.
