Emiratization Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Emiratization Specialist to join our HR team and drive the recruitment of UAE nationals. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, supporting Emiratization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support and execute the company’s Emiratization strategy and hiring targets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for UAE nationals using various channels.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce planning needs.
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
• Prepare employment offers and support onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and Emiratization policies.
• Generate recruitment and Emiratization reports for management.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university engagements as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or Emiratization‑related roles.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and Emiratization guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
