Employee Experience Coordinator

About the role

Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel chain offering Turkish hospitality and an all-inclusive holiday concept, is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator in Ras Al Khaimah. The role covers administration, supervision and coordination of employee transportation, cafeterias, meals and housing, and works closely with HR, security and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee transportation, cafeterias, meals and housing, and assign duties, responsibilities and timetables to staff.
• Monitor employee housing rules and regulations so residents feel safe, healthy and secure.
• Maintain inventory of linen, furnishings, chemicals and sports equipment, and prepare and update the room allocation list.
• Keep individual inventory forms for each room and resident, and ensure departing staff return issued items.
• Control linen inventory and issue employee linen according to agreed standards and timings.
• Check the cleanliness of accommodation blocks and public areas, and inspect rooms and facilities regularly with HR and security representatives.
• Assist the Engineering Department in keeping complex equipment operational and follow preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Update employee records of those living in accommodation or nearby to help with fire evacuation safety.
• Monitor employee transport arrangements and report issues to the supervisor, and assist employees with problems and queries.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and employee engagement skills.
