Employee Happiness Manager (Emirati)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Happiness Manager to shape a thriving workplace for our Emirati workforce. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will design and drive initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing and retention across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive employee happiness and engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead wellness, recognition and retention programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
• Oversee employee feedback mechanisms, grievance handling and continuous improvement plans.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business units to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to increase morale and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly analytical with solid planning and organizational skills.
