Engagement Manager SMB

About the role

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post‑sale adoption for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across EMEA. You will design, automate and measure transformation programs that drive adoption, technical health and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and execute a tech‑led adoption playbook, sequencing automated touchpoints from rollout to firm‑wide adoption.
• Facilitate strategic touchpoints with high‑stakes accounts while using one‑to‑many enablement to surface high‑impact opportunities.
• Drive sustained value through templated success plans, scaled training and digital value reviews.
• Monitor adoption and utilization signals to proactively manage portfolio health, risks and growth opportunities.
• Own renewal and expansion motions, leveraging portfolio hygiene, forecasting and data utilization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support) to accelerate client success.
• Translate scaled customer feedback into product roadmap and enablement actions.

Required profile

• Background in scaled customer success, renewal management or customer education with a proven track record of designing programs for large customer bases.
• 3+ years (Manager) or 5+ years (Senior Manager) in digital customer success, preferably in high‑growth B2B AI or Legal Tech.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, retention and expansion for high‑volume portfolios.
• Experience owning commercial metrics such as GRR and NRR, running repeatable renewal and expansion motions.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CS and CRM platforms.
• Experience configuring AI agents and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to use data visualization platforms for metrics and reporting.
