Engineer, Operations Planning

About the role

The Engineer, Operations Planning will prepare and monitor maintenance and shutdown plans to ensure smooth execution of schemes and activities, providing support to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrity, Production, Projects and Maintenance Support to prepare shutdown plans and work programmes aligned with the Business Plan.
• Develop and update the Seven‑Year Integrated Activity Plan covering engineering, maintenance schemes, barge plans, major inspections and shutdowns.
• Prepare and monitor major maintenance budgets, develop worklists for major maintenance and schedule execution.
• Track deviations from work programmes, report impacts and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with planning, cost coordination and commercial units to ensure resource, material and schedule alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university.
• 5‑6 years of experience in multi‑discipline planning of engineering and maintenance activities in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficient in English.
