Engineer, Technical Systems & Procedures

About the role

The Engineer, Technical Systems & Procedures will monitor, develop and enhance technical systems that support Asset Integrity Management, Maintenance and Reliability across the asset life cycle. The role works closely with Operations, Maintenance and Projects teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve technical systems such as ONE ERP (EAM/SAM/DGS/MOC), Operator Rounds, Shift Handover, and CMMS.
• Ensure master data in all technical systems is accurate, up‑to‑date and controlled.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary AIMS support teams to review and redesign business processes.
• Develop reports and perform data analysis using Business Intelligence tools.
• Support planning and scheduling of maintenance and inspection work, including asset register and spare parts data.
• Conduct system audits, benchmarking and continuous‑improvement activities for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT and end‑users to define, test and implement system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a large industrial organization, preferably oil & gas.
• Proven experience supporting asset integrity, maintenance and reliability systems.
