Enterprise Account Executive – KSA Public Sector (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

MongoDB is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead new‑business acquisition for the KSA public‑sector market. Based in Dubai, you will work in a hybrid model, shaping and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close enterprise‑level opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Prospect strategically to CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end‑users.
• Build strong relationships that generate growth opportunities and champion MongoDB solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and channel partners to maximise deal size and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales enablement programmes, including the Sales Bootcamp and ongoing leadership development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying field sales experience in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong desire to succeed, competitive drive and ability to articulate business value.
• Must reside in the region, be fluent in Arabic, and have experience selling to KSA public‑sector organisations.

Required skills

• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN or Challenger Sales.
• Familiarity with database technologies and open‑source solutions is a plus.
