About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across the UAE market. You will work with large enterprise customers on complex digital transformation projects, helping them modernise technology environments and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with senior decision‑makers at enterprise customers.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
- Create long‑term account plans focused on expansion and customer success.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven record of selling complex solutions and exceeding targets.
- Strong experience managing enterprise accounts within the UAE.
- Ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
