Enterprise Architect – Digital Security

About the role

The Head of Security Architecture acts as the deputy to the CISO, providing strategic leadership and hands‑on expertise to design and implement enterprise‑wide security architectures. This senior position shapes the security posture across the Group, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise security architecture vision, strategy and roadmap, embedding security into digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, frameworks and patterns; oversee security design reviews, risk assessments and assurance activities.
• Partner with GRC teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory and industry security standards.
• Develop reference architectures and technical standards for applications, infrastructure, cloud and data environments.
• Guide secure adoption of AI/ML, cloud‑native services, Zero Trust, DevSecOps and next‑generation identity platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and SOC teams to embed architectural principles into operations, threat detection and incident response.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in security architecture, preferably as a deputy to a CISO.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead global security engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI security, Zero Trust, quantum‑ready and cloud‑native security concepts.
• Experience delivering architectural oversight for cloud transformation, data protection and secure SDLC practices.
