Environmental Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental management for EPC projects, tenders and corporate environmental governance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the project Environmental Management System in line with ADNOC, UAE regulatory and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Manage environmental plans, permits, audits, monitoring, waste, emissions, biodiversity and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support EPC tenders, proposals, risk assessments and environmental execution strategies.
• Drive corporate environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and performance reporting.
• Lead environmental teams, training and awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability or a related discipline.
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification.
• 10–15 years’ experience in EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with ADNOC, TA’ZIZ, Borouge, Aramco, QatarEnergy or similar clients.
• Strong knowledge of UAE environmental legislation, permitting and compliance.
• Regional tendering and business development experience is preferred.
