HSE Analyst

About the role

The HSE Analyst supports the implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Health, Safety and Environment performance across project activities for Worley in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, consolidate and analyse HSE data from project sites, contractors and departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports, dashboards, statistics and management presentations.
• Monitor HSE KPIs such as incidents, near‑misses, unsafe acts, man‑hours, inspections, audits, training and corrective actions.
• Perform trend analysis, identify recurring HSE issues and support improvement actions.
• Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers and supporting documentation.
• Track incident investigations, recommendations and corrective actions through to closure.
• Support HSE audits, inspections, management reviews and compliance assessments.
• Monitor HSE training, competency, certifications, medical requirements and HSE passports.
• Coordinate with project HSE teams, engineering, construction, operations and contractors for timely HSE information submission.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 + years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical (8 years for UAE nationals).
• Minimum five years of experience in the GCC region, including FEED/EPC and offshore project exposure.
• Relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are preferred.
• Knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements and UAE regulations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Data analysis and HSE reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HSE reporting/dashboard systems.
• Understanding of performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, IOSH, NEBOSH and ADNOC HSE requirements.
