ERP & Administration Executive (Zoho One)

About the role

We are looking for an ERP & Administration Executive specialized in Zoho One to manage our company’s documentation, vendor and tenant records, and ERP workflows. The role requires a detail‑oriented, system‑savvy professional who can configure, maintain and optimise the Zoho One suite to support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise all company, vendor and tenant documentation on Zoho WorkDrive, ensuring version control, naming conventions and appropriate access permissions.
• Handle compliance documentation, contracts, permits, NOCs, IDs, licences and approvals for vendors, tenants, contractors and partners.
• Manage visa documentation and applications in coordination with PROs and government portals.
• Act as the primary Zoho One administrator for modules such as WorkDrive, People, Projects, CRM, Forms and Desk, configuring workflows, approvals, automations and permissions.
• Ensure cross‑application integration, data consistency and alignment with company SOPs.
• Support onboarding and training of team members on Zoho systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose automation enhancements and enforce SOP adherence through reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and Project teams to align documentation and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience administering, configuring or implementing Zoho One.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, documentation systems and process automation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system workflows.
• Experience with visa documentation and multi‑vendor environments is a plus.
