ERP Sales Consultant

About the role

Speed Auto Systems is looking for a motivated, results-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position for people who enjoy sales, technology and building long-term business relationships. The consultant promotes ERP and automation solutions, identifies new business opportunities and guides clients toward software that fits their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Promote ERP, software and automation solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and live software demonstrations.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads throughout the sales process.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Build strong client relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in ERP sales, software sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Currently based in the UAE; UAE sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive, vehicle leasing, dealership, workshop, car rental or fleet management industry is a plus.
