Estimation Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Officer to support our finishing works and furniture projects. The role involves site visits, accurate measurements, cost calculations, and preparation of quotations and invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Visit project sites to inspect requirements, take accurate measurements and understand drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates and quotations based on site data.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors to clarify requirements and obtain material quotations.
• Verify completed work and measurements before preparing invoices and maintain proper records of all documents.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in estimation or costing, preferably in finishing or furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of materials, labour and installation costs and ability to work independently.
• Good numerical, analytical and communication skills; UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, quotations, costing sheets and invoices.
• Site measurement and quantity take‑off expertise.
