Event Producer - Luxury Retail

About the role

A Producer is sought to deliver high-impact live events, brand experiences and activations for leading luxury and premium brands. You will own projects from brief to delivery, managing budgets, suppliers and timelines to deliver flawless events to the standard luxury clients expect.

Key responsibilities

• Manage events end to end, from client brief and concept through planning and on-site delivery
• Deliver luxury retail events such as store openings, product launches, VIP clientele, pop-ups and brand activations
• Build and manage production budgets, timelines and critical paths
• Source, brief and manage premium suppliers and venues, including AV, staging, fabrication, F&B and talent
• Produce run-of-show documents, production schedules, site plans and technical riders
• Act as the day-to-day client contact for production matters, upholding brand guidelines and standards
• Work closely with creative, design and account teams to bring concepts to life
• Lead on-site delivery, including build, live show and de-rig
• Ensure health and safety, permits and venue and mall compliance
• Run post-event wrap-ups, reconciliations and reporting

Required profile

• 4-7 years of production experience in an events or experiential agency
• Proven experience delivering events for luxury retail brands (fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty)
• Strong UAE or GCC event delivery experience, with an established premium supplier network
• Strong budget management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends around events
• Arabic and/or French is an advantage

Required skills

• Understanding of technical production: AV, lighting, staging and fabrication
• Strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of luxury brand standards
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, comfortable with tight deadlines
