Excavator Operator (20 Openings)

About the role

Coventine Digital Private Limited is seeking 20 full‑time Excavator Operators for on‑site assignments in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves operating heavy excavation machinery to support construction and infrastructure projects while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators for digging, trenching, grading and earthmoving tasks according to project plans.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and monitor machine performance.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow all site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar heavy‑equipment role, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, layout markings and basic construction plans.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Relevant operator licence or certification as required by local regulations.
