Excellence and Future Foresight Executive

About the role

The Excellence and Future Foresight Executive will lead the implementation of institutional excellence programmes, manage award submissions, and drive innovation and future‑foresight initiatives for a leading non‑profit organisation in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor excellence programmes and institutional award requirements, preparing supporting evidence and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal units to track improvement plans and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage the suggestions system, analyse outcomes and produce periodic performance reports.
• Support innovation and future‑foresight projects, monitoring key performance indicators and reporting results.
• Prepare studies, reports and presentations on excellence, innovation and foresight topics.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions and focus groups related to organisational development.
• Maintain databases and records for awards, excellence initiatives and foresight activities.
• Liaise with external partners for benchmarking visits and best‑practice exchanges.
• Monitor emerging trends in institutional excellence and organisational innovation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Institutional Excellence, Innovation or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in institutional excellence, organisational development or innovation.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and report‑preparation abilities.
