About the role
Recordati is seeking an Executive Assistant and Events Manager to support senior leadership in the MENA region. The role combines high‑level administrative assistance with the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, arrange travel and handle correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
- Prepare reports, expense claims, presentations and confidential documents as required.
- Organise internal and external meetings, draft agendas, coordinate venues, technical setup, catering and follow‑up actions.
- Take accurate minutes and distribute them within agreed timelines.
- Plan and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, workshops and supplier coordination.
- Support office administration tasks including procurement, inventory and vendor management.
- Assist HR or compliance functions with document management and logistics when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer or Events Coordinator.
- Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
