Executive Assistant & Content Creator

About the role

Fisher HR is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant and Content Creator based in Dubai. The role combines executive and administrative support with research and coordination of international suppliers, and fashion and lifestyle content creation for social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle emails, organize calendars and meetings, and coordinate with suppliers, agencies and partners locally and internationally
• Follow up on requests, quotations, approvals and deliverables, and conduct research and write summaries and recommendations
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports and basic comparisons, and keep records, contact lists and files organized
• Research suppliers, factories, fabrics and products, gather quotations, samples and timelines, and compare options
• Create fashion and lifestyle content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, shoot and edit Reels and Stories, and write captions
• Support product shoots, fittings, events and behind-the-scenes content, keeping it aligned with the brand's visual identity
• Arrange business travel, attend supplier meetings, exhibitions, shoots and appointments, and travel internationally, including to China

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator or similar role
• Fluent English; Mandarin or experience communicating with Chinese suppliers is a strong advantage
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
• Proactive, resourceful, discreet with confidential information and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
