PMO Administrator - Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

A client in the consumer goods sector, recruiting through Manpower Middle East, is looking for a PMO Administrator for a 9-10 month contract. The role sits in the Supply Chain workstream of a regional transformation initiative (Project Osprey LES) and supports project governance, reporting and remediation across the UAE, KSA and the wider MEA region, working with senior stakeholders, business teams and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, action logs, milestone plans, risk registers and governance records.
• Drive follow-up and closure of supply chain remediation activities, including supplier purchase orders, inventory reconciliation and system transaction corrections.
• Develop and distribute executive dashboards, status reports and project updates covering progress, risks, dependencies and key outcomes.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, IT teams, external vendors and business stakeholders so corrective actions are completed and documented.
• Support project assurance, audit readiness, governance meetings, knowledge transfer and the transition of remediation processes into operational teams.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, PMO administration, project coordination, ERP, WMS or business transformation environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with dashboard development in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, reconciliation activities or data quality initiatives is an advantage.
